This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines our procedures for cancellations and refunds for retreats, courses, and sessions booked through our website.

1. General Policy

• Cancellations: If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund.
• Participant Cancellations: Refunds are generally not offered for participant cancellations. However, participants may request a refund with a specific reason for cancellation. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis and has the right to approve or deny the refund.

2. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at amman.advaita@gmail.com with the following information:

• Your full name
• The event you are requesting a refund for (retreat, course, or session name and date)
• Your booking confirmation number
• The reason for cancellation
• Your preferred method of receiving the refund

3. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 15 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the booking.

4. Additional Notes

• Termayoga reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
• We encourage you to review this policy carefully before booking any retreat, course, or session.
