1. Booking and Confirmation

• To book a retreat, course, or session, please visit our website (ammanadvaita.com) and follow the booking instructions.
• Once you have completed your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with all the relevant details, including the date, time, location, and any specific instructions for the event.

2. Payment and Access

• Payment for retreats, courses, and sessions can be made through bank transfer, online payment).
• You will receive an access code or link after your payment is processed, allowing you to join the event.

3. Cancellation Policy

4. Access to Online Events

• For online retreats, courses, and sessions, you will receive a unique link via email that grants you access to the online platform where the event will be held.
• Please make sure to join the event at the designated time.
• If you miss an online event, you might be able to access the recording, depending on the event’s specific guidelines.

5. In-Person Events

• For in-person retreats, courses, and sessions, you will be provided with the specific location details and any necessary instructions in your confirmation email.
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the event begins.
• Amman Advaita reserves the right to cancel or postpone in-person events due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be notified in advance, and a full refund will be issued.

6. Conduct and Participation

• We expect all participants to maintain a respectful and mindful environment for all.
• Please adhere to all instructions provided by the instructors and staff.
