Pranayama (Online Monday to Friday 7 am – 7.30 am) : 30 min session of ancient breathing techniques to harmonise the subtle energy body, mind, and enter into deep meditation.
Hatha Yoga (Online Monday to Friday 7.30 am – 8.30 am) : 1-hour session to awaken, stretch, and strengthen your body. Uplifts mood and concentration for the whole day.
Hatha – Vinyasa (JOLT, Siolim – Mon | Wed | Fri 9 am – 10 am) : Actively mobilizing the physical body through yogic practices by bringing fluidity and balance.
Restorative Yoga (Jamboree Creek, Mandrem – Sun | Tue | Thu 9.15 am – 10.30am) : Iyengar Yoga with manual therapy, fascia release, and precise engagement, using bolsters, blocks, inversion ropes, chairs, and blankets.
Yoga w/ Sound (Nalanda Retreat, Mandrem – Sun | Tue | Thu 11 am – 12.15 pm) – : Active Yoga practice followed by meditation using 9 Himalayan sound bowls and other instruments for a deep energy practice and meditation.
Sandhya Hatha Yoga (Aum Yoga Studio, Anjuna – Mon | Wed | Fri – 5.15 pm – 6.30 pm) : Hatha Yoga designed to utilize the powerful sunset time as a means for deeper awakening, balance, and letting go of doshas by aligning the body with the universal patterns.
